Note to whomever wins the 2008 Presidential Election: Tinker, if you must, with the American Education System; go ahead, dabble in teacher and/or student accountability measures, school choice, or shaking up the education bureaucracy. But as you are attempting to impact things through politics and management, don’t overlook inspired teaching and learning. Be sure you include a heavy dose of curricular relevance, high interest student engagement, and 21st Century Skills – those are the things that will ensure the success of America’s students, the only things!  ~ The Teacher’s Podcast  9-13-08

THOUGHTFUL

  1. My son gave me for a Christmas present theGame ” the Art of Spore—Galactic Edition”.
I have used tge material in the package and downloaded the software etc. After I have finished and I click on the desktop icon this annoying pop-up appears to inform me that my computer will not permit the games to begin due to an absence of drivers??etc
What can be done to allow me to use this gift without having to purchase more software costing more than the game itself?????
    Thanks
