Live from the gaming capital of the world…Now would that be Virtual Shanghai? or Virtual Denmark?A bevy of items on Gaming, Gaming and ESL, etc. Also, a GREAT resource that gives a startling model of game-inspired learning in the area of science and citizenship (Paly Decide.org pictured above) . No SciFi here… Presenting Tiro, the robot teacher who really made it into a classroom! And yes, those are real classrooms using iPods by the hundreds (wayta go, New Joysie! (local pronunciation of NJ)).
By the way – “Fremd Sprachen und Nueu Medien” means “Foreign Language and New Media” in Danish (or something like that) according to Babelfish (free online digital translation resource http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com/babelfish/tr ).
We appreciate our great audience and fans – We are here for you as The Teachers’ Podcast. More Ed Tech You Can Always Use Today and Tomorrow.
